Medicine Cancellation Policy

What if I have ordered the product by mistake and want to cancel it.

It's very simple. You need to go within "My orders" and click on cancel button for the order that you want to cancel. Make sure, that you cancel it within 6 hours since it was ordered. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

How will I get my money back, after I cancel my order?

Your paid amount for the order will be credited back in your account within 5-6 working days.

Appointment Cancellation:

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call Dr. Rajeev's Clinic as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 1 day in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at +91 9204439171 between the hours of 11:00 am to 06:00 pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 6 hours before the appointed time. When a patient misses an appointment without cancelling, in that case, we will not refund appointment fee.

Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the Appointment date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours will not receive a refund.

ONLINE CONSULTATION:

In case of online consultation, a customer will be eligible to raise a request for Refund only in case the consultation query is not replied within specified timeline.

The customer is required to raise the Refund request at info@rajeevclinic.com within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of query or receiving of response. The request for the Refund will be validated by Dr. Rajeev's Clinic customer care team.

In case of valid Refund, the same will be done by crediting the bank account of the customer. Refund process shall be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission of the request for Refund.

Return Policy:

What if I found the product to be damaged and leaked, when the package is opened?

This may happen during the transit and in situation like such you need not to be worried. Follow the below mentioned steps, to get a replaced order or your refund back:

  • • While you are opening the package and products, please make a video of it and take pictures, so as to share with us and we can verify it from our end.
  • • Email us the video and pictures you have taken within 12 hours, along with your order Id at support@rajeevclinic.com
  • • If the product leakage is more than 15%, only then the request will be accepted.
  • • We will revert you within 2-3 working days and review your request.
  • • When your request to us is accepted, you will have to ship the products back to us within 7 days and once received at our facility, your request for refund or replacement will be taken care of. The Refund amount will also include the cost incurred to you while returning back the product to us (Shipping cost).

What If I found the package seal to be broken at the time of delivery.

If your ordered product is a Cash on Delivery order, then do not accept the product and return it back.

  • • In case, the payment is already made (Online payment), then receive the order from the delivery boy and while receiving, make the video and take pictures of the package so that we can verify it from our end.
  • • Email us all the details with video and pictures, along with your order Id at support@rajeevclinic.com, within 12 hours time.
  • • We will revert you within 2-3 working days and review your request.
  • • When your request to us is accepted, you will have to ship the products back to us within 7 days and once received at our facility, your request for refund or replacement will be taken care of. The Refund amount will also include the cost incurred to you while returning back the product to us (Shipping cost).

What if the product delivered to me is Incomplete or a wrong order.

This is once in a while situation and we take such issues very seriously. However, if any such instance happen with you, then you need not be worried about it. Follow the below mentioned steps and you are safe to receive your correct order back:

  • • While opening the package, make a video and take pictures, so that we can verify it from our end.
  • • Email us all the video and pictures, along with your order Id at support@rajeevclinic.com, within 12 hours time.
  • • We will revert you within 2-3 working days and review your request.
  • • When your request to us is accepted, you will have to ship the products back to us within 7 days and once received at our facility, your request for refund or replacement will be taken care of. The Refund amount will also include the cost incurred to you while returning back the product to us (Shipping cost).

If I have changed my mind to return the product and want to retain it?

You can mail us at support@rajeevclinic.com, and further actions will be taken.

Important points to remember:

  • • Keep the courier company's receipt with you for tracking purpose
  • • Dr. Rajeev's Clinic reserves the right to cancel the return request, in the event of fraudulent and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products.

Some other situations when order can be cancelled:

  • • Dr. Rajeev's Clinic reserves the right to cancel any order if the courier partner does not provide service in your area.
  • • In a rare situation of non-availability of product or number of quantities ordered by you.
  • • Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
  • • Invalid address given in order details.
  • • Any malpractice used to place the order.
